Peninsula Daily News PORT ANGELES - After a second round of ballot counting today , Max Mania now leads Edna Petersen by 31 votes for Port Angeles City Council Position 2. Mania, a grocery clerk and writer, was trailing Petersen, owner of Necessities and Temptations gift shop, by 11 votes in ballot counting Tuesday night.
